As soon as your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you can't find it, please check your spam folder.

Every order is prepared by hand within 1–2 business days, so please write to us as soon as possible at contact@mebuar.com. If your order has not been shipped yet, we will do our best to help.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay and Google Pay. You can also pay with Klarna and split your purchase into instalments. All payments are secure and encrypted.

We ship to Spain, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway.

Spain: €4.99, 24–48 hours.
European Union: €12.99, 3–6 business days.
United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway: €15.99, 4–8 business days.

Shipping is complimentary on all orders from €300.

Orders shipped within the European Union have no extra charges. Orders to the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway may be subject to import duties and taxes, charged by local customs on delivery.

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking link. You can also follow it from your account.

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Pieces must be new, unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all original tags attached.

Go to your account, open the order and select Request return. Once approved, we will email you the return label and instructions. If you checked out as a guest, write to us at contact@mebuar.com with your order number.

Returns within Spain are free. For the European Union, €12.99 is deducted from your refund; for the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway, €15.99.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we refund the original payment method within 14 days.

The quickest way to get a different size or colour is to return the piece and place a new order.

Write to us at contact@mebuar.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo. We will sort it out at no cost to you.

Each product page includes a Size & fit section with the garment's measurements. Our pieces are designed with a relaxed, easy fit; if you are between sizes, choose your usual size for a relaxed look or size down for a closer fit.

Of course. Write to us at contact@mebuar.com with your usual size and the piece you love, and we will gladly advise you. Please note that measurements may vary slightly (±2 cm).

Natural fibres need little care. Wool, cashmere and alpaca naturally repel dirt and odours, so they rarely need washing: airing between wears is usually enough.

When needed, hand wash in cold water (max. 30 °C) with a mild wool detergent. Rinse at the same temperature, do not wring, and dry flat. Do not tumble dry. Iron at low temperature, inside out or under a cloth.

Light pilling is natural in fine fibres, especially in areas of friction. Gently remove it with a cashmere comb or fabric shaver; it will lessen over time.

Fold your pieces rather than hanging them, so they keep their shape. Store them clean, in a cool, dry place, ideally with cedar to protect them from moths.

After purchase, the gift card is sent by email with a unique code, either to you or directly to the recipient on the date you choose. It can be redeemed at checkout on mebuar.com, and any remaining balance stays on the card for your next purchase.

Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
