Returns & Exchanges

Free return if we have sent you the wrong item/size or if your product has arrived damaged. You have 15 (natural) days to make the return.

Custom orders cannot be returned. I recommend making sure all the directions are correct.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unaltered, unwashed and with tags attached. If the item is returned without the previously mentioned specifications, it will be sent back to the purchaser with an additional charge for postage.

You can make a size change if you made a mistake. Remember that shipping costs are on your own.

Please note that an incomplete or incorrect shipping address may cause the package to be returned or abandoned. In this case, the cost of returning or losing the item will be borne by the customer.

shipments

Processing time is 3-5 business days. We are a small company (basically me, Jen) so I ask you to understand the manufacturing times (between 5-7 business days). All orders will be shipped once made with a tracking number that will be emailed to you once the label is created.

International shipping is available at buyer's expense with varying rates. All international orders take 5-10 days for delivery. MEBUAR is not responsible for taxes or duties incurred.

Please note that incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses may result in your package being returned or abandoned. If this happens, the return costs or the loss of the item will be borne by the customer.
