Refund policy

You have 15 (calendar) days to make the refund.

The return will be in the form of a voucher that expires 6 months from the date of issue.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unaltered, unwashed and with tags attached. If the item is returned without the previously mentioned specifications, it will be sent back to the purchaser at an additional charge.

Custom orders cannot be returned. We recommend making sure all specifications are correct.

For Candles, unfortunately we do not accept returns (unless the candle arrived damaged/broken, in which case we will replace the candle).
